Adam Rotmil | Brand Strategy & Design | Washington DC

Adam is a visual and web designer with a background in brand identity. He took a break from being a computer geek to study at art school. Adam then studied typography in Basel, taught himself Japanese, and lived in Japan for four years, where he continued to broaden his experience.

Adam now lives in Washington, D.C., immersed in everything from jazz nights to think-tanks, to a range of government agencies. His interests include linguistic theory, youth agency, statistics, data visualization, photography, chess, and classic movies.

Adam grew up in Maine, which he continues to call home, and lived in Boston for eight years. He has published, interviewed, and spoken on design at schools and conferences.

Some of the most successful people in their fields have been kind enough to give him advice, and Adam likewise keeps an open door to just about anyone.

Adam believes our best shot at anything like world peace and economic mobility is through mutual understanding, honest performance criteria, friendship, and by offering universal and unconditional love.

Adam informally closed shop at Adam Rotmil Partners after a 10-year run, although he remains open to collaborative projects.

You can reach Adam at @AdamRotmil and at adam.rotmil@gmail.com

If you have a question, he will always try to answer it, or help in some way.
