Claudia serves as one of three founding partners and the Chief Operating Officer of Victors & Spoils, the world’s first (ad) agency based on crowdsourcing principles.

Prior to founding V&S, Claudia was part of the founding team of Massive – the first ever network for video-game advertising – initially working as in-house counsel and on business development, and subsequently building the publishing/content side of the business. In three short years, the founders turned the business into a full-blown advertising network, selling it to Microsoft Corporation in 2006. Following the acquisition, Claudia stayed on to serve as Director of Partner Development at Microsoft for three years, helping the company scale the network.

Claudia has over 13 years of experience in the technology sector, including four years as a corporate attorney specializing in contract and technology law. She has advised companies of every shape and size, across telecommunications, banking and biotechnology, and has expert experience in intellectual property protection, e-commerce and privacy. Claudia has also partnered with advertising agencies at a strategic level, working to solve the issues that agencies face in the current economic, technological and social environment, and helping them to adapt to new models.

Today, with a finely tuned awareness of big picture industry issues and a relentless drive to innovate, Claudia steers Victors & Spoils’ performance and business development with a sharp eye on trends and client challenges.
